This was an interesting and massive undertaking for me. I got the gig at a time when I was honing my skills in jQuery. Although I already knew how to use PHP and MySQL, it had usually been about supporting other team members. For this project, I had the handle all the moving parts from design to building the database, and the whole process from taking visitor questions to revealing them to the website owner in a clear to understand admin interface.
Additionally, the content was going to be multilingual, in Turkish and Arabic, which meant the admin section would have to partitioned accordingly as well to a certain extent.

Visitors to the site could leave their questions at the bottom of the page they are visiting. Since the question came from a particular path on the site, it would then be listed in the appropriate section on the admin side.

After the initial contact with a visitor, the admin could continue the conversation and a history of all their transactions would be kept.
